Prep/Total Time: 30 minutes
4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1tablespoon canola oil
3/4 cup beer
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, brown the pork in canola oil on both sides over medium heat.
Combine the beer, ketchup and brown sugar; pour over the pork.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
